Ed was amazing! I was only gathering information on the Envista on an afternoon that I had 2 free hours. He answered all my questions, was patient while I thought through things, and listened to my wants and needs in a vehicle. I walked out of there with solid numbers and immediately came back the next day and bought my first car in 12 years. Some of the best customer service I've had in a very long time.
