Incredible service! Mike, our salesman, was very friendly and so helpful. He gave us time to talk privately, was patient while we asked numberless questions about the car we were looking at, as well as the buying process. He took us through all the ins and outs of our car showing us how each feature worked and he even helped us set up our phones with the car. We never felt pressured or rushed. The finance process with Brian was also pressure free. He explained as he went and kept things moving. We had a great team! Thanks, Mike and Brian!

We had a great experience purchasing a new GMC Sierra. From beginning to end, we were never pressured and every one of our questions were answered honestly. Our salesman, Mike went out of his way to inform us about the features in the truck. We already knew the model and trim we were seeking and drove several. When it started to rain, Mike pulled the trucks inside so we could comfortably do side by side comparisons. We were given exactly what our research said that we would get for the trade-in of our vehicle. Mike made sure that we were able to benefit from every available rebate. The final price was fair, especially after Mike caught a mistake in my math, which wound up saving us quite a bit of money. The finance office proved to be another pleasant experience, as the paperwork was extremely transparent and streamlined compared to our last vehicle purchase.

I did some shopping around on the Internet and got some e-quotes and Woody Buick GMC of Gurnee was going to be the best option. It was nice to get the transparency before making the trip from out of town to discuss in person. Both Jonathan (my sales associate) and his manager Daniel were super nice. They had the car ready upon arrival and we were set to get down to the paperwork almost immediately. They were super patient as well with my having to go back-and-forth with my running back to my credit union, some issues with my bank card, and having to pry off a rusty license plate from my trade in. I can't recommend them enough. I'll be letting my friends and family know the super experience I had there, and we will be repeat customers in the future!
