Fantastic Experience! In with a trade, and out with a new vehicle within a few hours with no appointment. The price was very fair, selection was great, and everyone was extremely polite and professional. The entire experience was much better than so many of the other dealers I visited during my search. I did some shopping around on the Internet and got some e-quotes and Woody Buick GMC of Gurnee was going to be the best option. It was nice to get the transparency before making the trip from out of town to discuss in person. Both Jonathan (my sales associate) and his manager Daniel were super nice. They had the car ready upon arrival and we were set to get down to the paperwork almost immediately. They were super patient as well with my having to go back-and-forth with my running back to my credit union, some issues with my bank card, and having to pry off a rusty license plate from my trade in. I can't recommend them enough. I'll be letting my friends and family know the super experience I had there, and we will be repeat customers in the future!

I found my, new to me, truck on Carfax.
I found my, new to me, truck on Carfax.com. The truck was at Woody Buick GMC of Gurnee. I called about the truck and talked to a very helpful person named Breanna. She answered all my questions and passed me on to Jeremy my sales man. We discussed price, features and process and I set a time to view the truck. At the dealership I worked with both Jeremy my salesperson and Jermey the Sales Manager. Both of these gentlemen worked with me to come to a mutual agreement on the truck. There were a few glitches in the process as we moved along but both men worked to resolve the issues to a successful resolution. I would go back to them if I wanted to purchase a vehicle because they seemed to want to make me a satisfied customer.
